Lap Keung was found
as an unincorporated company in 1981 in Hong Kong.
She had been specializing in the manufactory of
precision metal parts and watch related accessories.
In order to cope with the growing markets, the founding
members of Lap Keung incorporated the business as
2 private limited companies in 1986 (Lap Keung Metal
Works Factory Ltd.) and in 1994 (Lap Keung Precision
Industrial Co., Ltd.).
Today, Lap Keung Precision Ind. Co., Ltd. has already
established its plant at Pinghu Town (since 1999)
in Shenzhen. That plant was very well-established
and equipped with the most up-to-date facilities
and technologies for the manufactory of Finished
Watch Cases, Watch Bands, integrated Watch Sets,
Watch related components, tailored-made refined
Stainless Steel, Brass, Titanium and Aluminium Blank
Cases.

More sophisticated facilities
and technology are adopted such as Powder Metallurgy
(P/M) and Metal Injection Molding (MIM) for producing
precision components of intricate shape or complex
shape in structural and multi-level components.
Besides, Lap Keung Precision also experienced high
capability in Stamping and Forging Products such
as door locks, hinges, diamond top rings, jewelry
accessories, and scalpel handles etc.
Lap Keung Precision Ind. Co., Ltd. has a total working
population of more than 600 employees (including
Hong Kong staff), its total production floor and
staff/labour quarter areas are 5,580 sq.m. and 3,304.5
sq.m. respectively. The senior management team of
Lap Keung Precision is situated at Hong Kong and
it is mainly responsible for formulating the corporate
strategy and providing China plant with administrative
and logistic support services including accounting,
purchasing, IT/IS and sales & marketing.
