On November 27th, 2009, a subsidiary of Lap Keung - Tak Ming Precision Metal (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. has passed the audit from Bureau Veritas Group (BV) for SA8000 Certification - a worldwide-recognized certification involves the development and the audit of management that promote socially responsibility in workplace practices.

This certification emphasizes Lap Keung will continue to provide workplace practicies with humane conditions as first priority in management decision making. Over her 400 employees for sure benefits from this new success.

About Metal Injection Molding (MIMs)
MIM is applicable to various kinds of materials such as black and ferrous metals. The flow rate of the MIM is as high as plastic injection molding, so it can be used to make parts in all shapes that can be realized by plastic injection molding. Even the more complex the part, it is the better for the MIM process to be performed.

Lap Keung now offer OEM service for metal parts using on luxury leather-goods, i.e. tuck, locks, hooks and belt buckle, in brass or stainless steel material, final touch by Swiss-grade hand-polishing; various choices of galvanization on surface is also applicable.

CERAMIC INJECTION MOLDING (CIM)
We now offers injection molding production in a new material range - ceramics. Products ranging from grinders, watch and clock components, and even fashion accessories are applicable, allowing to customers who desire something different than 316L Steel.
