CERMAIC INJECTION MOLDING (CIM) - LATEST TECHOLOGY

In 2007, Lap Keung focus on developing a new kind of injection molding - CIM, which achieve density closes to diamond. This open doors for customers who desire mechnical strength and corrision resistance, something other than 316L. CIM is using fine ceramic powder, and going through the same treatment as metal powder in MIM. It is mainly using on mechnical parts required high strength and hardness. CIM is applicable in Black and White color; polishing surface is also applicable with advance polishing techniques.
